About Me:

My name is Madison Berry, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I help people who are overwhelmed by caregiving, high-pressure roles, or the constant demands of daily life.

After years of working in memory care and skilled nursing communities, I have specialized experience working with caregivers and families facing long-term challenges. I understand the fatigue, isolation, and guilt that can come from always putting others first. Whether you’re supporting a loved one or managing multiple responsibilities, you deserve a space where you are supported.

In therapy, we work together to center your unique experiences and goals. My approach combines compassionate, non-judgmental support with practical, evidence-based tools that create real, lasting change. We focus on:

  • Clarifying what matters most so your choices align with your values

  • Building psychological flexibility to handle difficult thoughts and emotions

  • Working through burnout, grief, and the challenge of setting healthy boundaries

My goal is to help you shift from overwhelm and exhaustion to a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you are. I provide secure, flexible online therapy for clients across Texas. If you’re looking for a space to find clarity and support, I’m here to help you get there at your own pace.

Fees and Insurance:

Session Rates

  • Individual Therapy (50–55 min): $160

  • Couples & Family Therapy (50-55 min): $190

  • Couples & Family Therapy (75 min): $240

Extended couples and family sessions are recommended for the initial intake or when navigating high-conflict transitions to ensure everyone has ample time to be heard.

Insurance & Payment

I am an in-network provider for the following plans:

  • Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Moda Health, Imperial Health Plan, and Sana Benefits.

A Note on Couples Counseling: Most insurance companies view therapy through a "medical necessity" lens, meaning they cover treatment for an individual’s specific diagnosis. Because couples counseling focuses on the relationship rather than a single person's pathology, it is often not covered. We can discuss how this applies to your specific situation during our consultation.

Additional Options

  • Superbills: If I am out-of-network for your plan, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • Sliding Scale: I reserve a limited number of reduced-rate spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Please let me know during our initial consultation if you would like to discuss this option.
